Scope of Work
Services
From locate to closeout — trenchless and open-trench installation, restoration, documentation, and the project management that ties a build together.
SEC 01
Directional Boring & Drilling
Horizontal directional drilling lays conduit and fiber beneath roadways, driveways, waterways, and other obstacles without open-cutting the surface. Bore paths are tracked and logged through every pull, so the path that goes in the ground is the path that gets documented.
Scope Includes
- —Bore path planning around existing utilities
- —Pilot bore, reaming, and conduit/fiber pullback
- —Path and depth logging for as-built records
- —Crossings under roads, driveways, and waterways
SEC 02
Plowing & Trenching
For runs where open trenching or vibratory plowing is the right call, crews place conduit and direct-buried fiber to depth and spec, with locates cleared and restoration staged before the first cut.
Scope Includes
- —Vibratory plow placement for direct-buried fiber
- —Open-trench installation to spec depth
- —Conduit and innerduct placement
- —Backfill and compaction to standard
SEC 03
Site Restoration
A job isn't finished when the cable's in the ground — it's finished when the yard, sidewalk, or right-of-way looks like nobody was there. Restoration is treated as a deliverable, not an afterthought.
Scope Includes
- —Turf, lawn, and landscape repair
- —Sidewalk, driveway, and hardscape patching
- —Right-of-way and easement cleanup
- —Final-condition photo documentation
SEC 04
Structured Wiring
Structured wiring ties a building's voice, data, and communications infrastructure together into a single, organized cabling system — installed to standard, labeled for maintainability, and documented so the next technician who opens the panel knows exactly what they're looking at.
Scope Includes
- —Cat5e / Cat6 / Cat6A data cabling
- —Voice and telephone line installation
- —Patch panel and rack termination
- —Cable labeling, testing, and certification
SEC 05
Quality Control
Every stage of the build is documented with timestamped photos — pre-construction conditions, locates, bore or trench path, splice and termination, and final restoration — so there's a verifiable record behind every foot of footage billed.
Scope Includes
- —Timestamped photos at every build stage
- —Redline and as-built map tracking
- —Footage reporting tied to documented production
- —QC sign-off before invoicing
SEC 06
Project Management
A single point of accountability runs the job from mobilization to closeout — coordinating field supervisors, customer reporting, and billing so nothing falls between the crew and the office.
Scope Includes
- —Single point of contact, mobilization to closeout
- —Field supervisor and crew coordination
- —Customer reporting and status updates
- —Clean, documentation-backed billing
